All of our products are designed in the City of Brotherly Love (and Sisterly Affection!) by me, Loretta. They are then printed and produced by my manufacturing partner in California. The clothing, mugs and tote bags are all made in the USA as well. I am proud to support US business and both my manufacturing partner and I are committed to using high quality items and maintaining ethical business practices. All of our products are carefully created just for you once we receive your order! This helps us better accomodate various preferences and efficiently manage inventory.
- It typically takes 2 - 7 days to finish making our items for you before we ship them out. Although, please rest assured, that it is most common for orders to be finished within just 3 - 5 days!
- Rush processing (1 - 3 days) is automatically included in all orders that are placed with FedEx shipping services.
- Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your order as well as where you are located. You can get a quote on shipping in your cart here.
- Shipping times can vary greatly based on the destination and the shipping services you select. Delivery estimation times are provided along side the various shipping methods in your cart during the checkout process.
- Some orders may be split in separate packages based on the items in your order. For instance, we often find it easier (and safer) to package mugs separate from clothing.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchases, but we also understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchases, please do not hesitate to contact the shop and we will do everything we can to remedy any issues.
- If you noticed a problem (misprinted/damaged/defective/wrong item) with your order, please email the shop at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and within 20 days of receiving your order. To ease the replacement process along, please include your order number and any relavant pictures of the item(s) in question in your email.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may return the item to us within 15 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a refund. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.) Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Size Forgiveness Policy: We understand that it can feel particularly risky to shop online for clothing without trying it on first. For first time shoppers, we offer FREE return shipping if you would like to replace the same item for a different size.
